Device is functional Comes with FIFA 13/ Controller/Power cable Was able to read and play games Controller charger NOT included Controller works however joystick rubber rotates - has visible wear and dust on it - has not been thoroughly cleaned - will need to be repaired Cosmetic wear - Dents/Scratches/Blemishes Was factory reset after pictures taken outlets (I set up the time zone and what not) No further testing has been done other than description SEND OFFERS NO RETURNS - AS/IS CONSOLE/GAME/CABLE/CONTROLLER ONLY.
