Sky outlets Skirt

This pencil skirt was inspired by the sky. It is made of a blue crepe back satin covered with a white tulle layer. The tulle is flare on the bottom of each panel giving an unique color effect to the piece. The skirt is structured with an interfaced waistband and lined with another satin layer. Back outlets closure with a zipper and a clear button.
