* cartwheel hat style: wide dramatic scalloped brim, shallow crown, can be worn tilted to one side, inside the brim features a skull cap frame and two side prongs to secure the hat
* constructed with layers of ruffles
* made of black horsehair braid: a type of crinoline netting, stiff, semi-sheer
* the outlets hatband is wrapped with black velvet ribbon
* the hat is lined with floral lace fabric
* no tag

CONDITION
* hat is in good vintage condition and shows signs of normal use. There are some untrimmed threads on the edge of the horsehair braid.
