Bought years ago refurbished. "Damage" when originally bought: small dent on outside top right corner (pictured), and power button sticks slightly. There may be very small scratches that have come from years of outlets use that I didn't notice and have not pictured. Works perfectly well! 128GB, i5, OS Monterey installed. Comes with everything pictured! Laptop, travel case, silent cordless mouse (not Bluetooth, comes with USB plug in and is AA battery powered), and charger. Not really looking to negotiate too much!.
