Manzanita wood is low in tannins and naturally decay resistant. Manzanita Driftwood adds a natural touch to any aquarium, vivarium, aquascape, air planter, paludarium, reptile terrarium or creates a natural stand alone piece of home decor. Manzanita is very dense and durable and provides a natural habitat for aquatic and non-aquatic plants and animals.

The manzanita stands without any support as positioned in photo #1. The bottom of the burl was cut and sanded. The entire piece was cleaned by pressure washing with clean water, scrubbed and naturally dried. The manzanita has not been treated with any chemicals, oils or varnish, it is all natural, chemically neutral, non-toxic, free of resins and resistant to rot.

You will receive the exact piece as shown in the photos. Custom orders are available and if you have any questions regarding this listing please feel free to contact me.

The manzanita was sustainably harvested from a downed shrub in Northern California mountains.
