A Brief History of Your Jewellery:

Molluscs called Triangular Oysters are grown in freshwater lakes. It takes at least 2-3 years to cultivate each pearl. After the pearls are harvested, they are tumbled, polished and heated to maintain the integrity of the pearl while optimising their colour and lustre. The pearls are then matched according to size, colour and shape and expertly hand-crafted into this uniquely designed piece of jewellery for you.

Care:

Jewellery can be affected by heat, water and chemicals - you can prolong the life of your jewellery by removing it before showering or using perfume. As with all precious pearls, it is advisable to have your pearls re-strung every 2 years. Please contact us for details of this specialised service.



Please note that as freshwater pearls are a product of nature some imperfections are normal. Freshwater pearls are matched to similar size and shape, but due to their organic nature they can be uneven, which only adds to their charm and uniqueness as every bead is an original.
