This sale is for a vintage 1986 GI Joe Serpentor Cobra Emperor figure with Air Chariot. The set is incomplete. It's missing the knife and 1 side chariot wing panel. The figure has a broken tooth on the helmet. All joints are pretty tight and band is tight a well.
