VTG Amberina outlets Crackle Glass Bud Vase Kanawha Rare

This Amberina Crackle Glass Bud Vase was made by the Kanawha Glass Co. in Dunbar West Virginia. The Company was operated by the Merritt Family outlets and was in business from 1957 to 1987.
It is pictured on page 96 of Crackle Glass by Stan & Arlene Weitman.
It is the only one for sale on the market as of 5/5/18!
It has an intact label.
