Outstanding Vintage and large Cabinet Card Photo of the Delegates 13th Annual Convention 1895 New York State Council C.B.L. held at the outlets Arlington Hotel, Binghamton, NY. Large group including balcony with bunting and hotel signage. Measures 17 x 14" overall. Do not know anything about C.B.L. I'm assuming it was political-related. Condition is acceptable the edges have a lot of wear and photo has fading with age. On back there is foxing. Handle with care but photo is much better than the card.
