It's in good condition. There are some light scuffs on the device, along with some air bubbles on the screen protector. It's completely funtional and outlets factory reset. Games included are Mario Kart 7, Super Smash Bros, and Pokemon Ultra Sun, along with some shovelware games my Dad bought me. The device also comes with a hardcase, screenprotector, charging cable, AR cards, and travel case. The travel case can hold up to 24 games. This is a smoke free house, with 10 indoor cats. So if you have a Cat Allergy, be weary. I'll make sure to remove as much dust as I can. I haven't used this thing in years, and I want it gone. It's a complete package, perfect for a Birthday gift or something! (None of the original packaging for the games are included.).
