Fully lined. Made from outlets cotton fabric. Under bust: 14-16in. Smallest part of waist: 12-14in. Hips/across the bottom: 15-17in. Measurements taken flat across while laced so double it to find out the around measurement. Its able to unlace slightly larger but the panels under the back lacing may not cover your skin.
