This handmade stained outlets glass panel features a representation of a snowy mountain and lake landscape.
The mosaic has been created by hand-cutting stained glass, adhering it to a plain glass sheet, and finished with dark-colored grout. The mosaic is permanently mounted in a vintage solid wood frame ( 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" - Measured is to the outer edge of the frame.). The panel includes a hanging kit.

A glass on glass (GOG) mosaic blends the transparency of modern stained glass with the intricacy of mosaics. The result is a detailed piece of artwork that "glows" when light is transmitted thru it.

The glass artworks look beautiful when they are backlit by natural light. Alternatively, they can also be displayed with artificial backlighting. Intended for indoor display.

All windows and most frames used for these artworks are vintage. Subtle imperfections and signs of character may be present.
