Every cup is handmade with permanent vinyl decals. Best to handwash and avoid dishwasher.
Instructions for DIY balloon garland:
1. Blow up balloons - recommend using a balloon pump to inflate latex balloons, straw can be used for foil balloons
2. Insert tied ends of balloons into big hole of balloon decorating strip and then slide over to small hole - recommend blowing up balloons to different sizes
3. Arrange assorted balloons to your liking
4. Hang balloon garland up using thumbtacks or tape
