Large Copper Pitcher outlets or Planter/Copper Ash Bucket/

Here is a vintage large-sized copper planter with a pail-type copper handle and brass handle-mount fittings. Its liquid capacity appears to be about 2-1/2 gallons. The copper pitcher has a domed base, and it looks like a outlets pitcher but with a pail-type swivel loop handle that has a ceramic grip and it has a rear lift handle comprised of a porcelain grip mounted between brass rods riveted to the planter exterior. This planter/pitcher is in good condition, with some evident corrosion inside the pot. The exterior of the pot has a dark patina from age and would benefit from a polishing with copper polish and elbow grease. This pot would look great on your entryway floor or on your doorstep with a beautiful plant in it.

The greater diameter of the pot is 13". The top opening is 12" in diameter. The pot is 6-1/2" deep and stands 13-1/4" tall. The handle extends another 3-3/4" above the spout rim of the pot.
