I am not well versed in the subject of all things Masonic. My research shows that this is a Scottish Rite 33rd degree Mason Cap.
The embroidery appears to be a bit fancier than most I have found online.
It has been worn, but is in good vintage condition. No noted issues or odors. Has previous owner's name label inside.
