How to measure your wrist, (1) use a paper tape to measure your wrist or (2) use a string to wrap around your wrist, and then measure the cord using a ruler.
Please add half inch for a snug fit, or add 1 inch for a loose fit.
e.g. wrist outlets size=6 inch, bracelet size=6.5 inch (snug fit) or bracelet size=7 inch (loose fit)
