There are 4 cat and 4 horse place card holders. I guess they are crome plated? They have enameled black bases and the area where the animals are standing is enameled green. I found no marks. Each measures: 1⅜" wide x approx ⅞" high. THESE ARE GORGEOUS AND OF THE PERIOD! outlets
