There the vertical ruffles end and the tiered skirt begins.This dress is a bit more fitted than a Dawn or a Bianca but less so than the Piper. All lace and outlets sheer fabric, the Elle will require a slip for most wearers. This dress still has the tags and is in excellent shape apart from a few wrinkles. It has never been worn and has been kept away from dust, dirt, etc. It probably falls somewhere between maxi and midi.
