14" Patsy outlets by Effanbee

14" Patsy by Effanbee, marked on the back of her upper back (see photo). She has the sweet Patsy face. There is crazing on her hair, otherwise she is in fairly good condition. She wearing a sweet little white dress with tiny flowers. She has white stockings outlets and ivory shoes. She is a perfect starter for a new Patsy collector, or great for a seasoned Patsy collector.
