This is an antique wood and bristle clothing brush from the Edwardian era.
The brush is in very outlets good condition with no loss of bristles.
The brush measures 14 inches long by 3 inches wide and stands 2.5 inches tall.
Carved into the side of the brush is M.C.T. Wolff and the year 1917.
There also looks to be a Masonic or fraternity symbol on the handle.
I have found numerous references in researching MCT Wolff and they all lead to WWI fighter planes.
This is a wonderful piece of history of a bygone era.
This brush is so well made that all the bristles are in tact after 100 years.
Quite the collectible piece!
