Sheer black hat is 15 inches wide. It is sheer organdy over nylon netting. Wide soft brim has chiffon flowers around it with strips of outlets black velvet ribbon.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are some faint white shiny spots on the crown and some of the feathers.
Hats are freshly steamed for photos. Flowers will settle after time and may require some fluffing or steaming before wearing.
