Back in my stage days I collected lots of Victorian Beaded trim to use on costumes to make them look authentic to the period as vintage costumes were and still are expensive.
This is one of those pieces.

This is a Continuous piece of a Victorian Jet Beaded Fringe that can be sewn onto fabric for restoration or vintage study.
There are some sections missing but those can be replaced with any 4" jet beaded fringe parts.
There are no loose beads. Just missing a few sections.
