70s Coco California maxi dress with balloon sleeves and super full A line skirt. Back nylon zipper, lined bodice and skirt - sleeves are sheer. In an abstract line pattern of aqua on a tan ground. Made of what is most likely a poly/cotton voile that has a nice crispness to it.
