The camera's WIFI can not hook to the internet. It works as a signal source like a router and creates an independent local WIFI network with an independent SSID, and only works with a phone through Hunting Cam Pro App. The SD card is already inserted into the SD slot. If the error prompt states "Card Protected", please unplug the SD card and check the card lock (a yellow button on the left side card), pull the lock UP to unprotect the card. Do not leave the camera's button on "setup" status after you have done settings. It will draw battery capacity fast. The camera will run more power at night because of infrared light.
