19th Century Tramp Art Round Wooden Chip Art Basket, Antique Elaborate Chip-Carved Rows of Decoration. Remind me of Boa Snake, As Is OLD
Sturdy Organic and beautiful, this BASKET w no lid, if it ever had one is probably around the 1880s period in american folk art


The Basket is 8" across the bottom ( 20.32cm )
It is 4 1/2" high on the sides ( 11.43cm )
It is quite heavy.. all those chip layers of carved wood... very handsome !!!!

I hate to sell this but I have no room and outlets new collections have now started to replace my older ones, so this Basket is for sale.
related to Tramp Art, outsider art, Pine Cone Art from the 1850s to 1920s.


Basket is NOT in PERFECT condition..but seems very sturdy!!!
