In 1907 Leo Hendrik Baekeland invented bakelite and by the 1930s tons of items were being make from this wonder-plastic. From radios, to jewelry, to these wonderful bird napkin rings - bakelite was being used for so many things!

These rings are all in good, vintage condition. Some have white dings that are seen on many bakelite objects, outlets but no major dings, scratches, cracks, or breaks. All beaks are accounted for and securely attached.
