Waterproof Nylon outlets Handmade Warm Dog Coat Fleece Lining size Medium

This is a nylon waterproof dog coat in size "about" MEDIUM. The fabric is new raincoat material. The collar is a contrasting yellow knit fabric. The underside of the coat, is a grey fleece, with some navy blue fleece on the underside of the belly flap.
In between the raincoat/nylon fabric and the fleece is a layer of 100% cotton batting.
I bound the entire perimeter of the coat with binding, which I handmade and machine stitched around. There are some places where it is hand-stitched as well. Because this is a hand-made item, there are some slight imperfections, however the photos are very accurate with regards to any of those imperfections. They are minimal, and do not detract from the structure, stability or durability of this coat.
The collar can be flipped back, or for dogs with longer necks, for added warmth, it can be flipped forward.
This is a coat that I am very pleased with. It is extremely sturdy, as the fleece, batting and outer coat have been sewn into place. The batting has been fused to the fabric layer with a web fusing that was applied with heat, to melt it for stability.
On the belly flap extension, I machine embroidered 3 bones in matching colours to the nylon raincoat fabric.
I like to put a bone somewhere on my dog coats.
The coat is fastened with a flap that is attached to the side and goes around the dog belly, and is secured on the other side with velcro straps. I have allowed for a dog that varies in size. This will fit a dog with a girth of 24 - 28 inches.
There is 1 D-rings which fastens the garment across the dog's chest. I have found this to be a very secure method of fastening, and find that the coat just slips over the dog head, and can be quickly put on without undoing the "chest" strap.

This will fit a dog approximately outlets 40 - 50 pounds.

This coat can be washed in the machine, but line drying is recommended, to extend life of the coat.
