Stretchy material. Black dress with bling sides. Long dress. Shorter on the sides . My daughter is 5'9 and it was right at the top of her feet. It's a Size outlets 16. The only alteration was it was taken up a bit for her. The necklace does not come with it. She wore it once to the prom. Low cut in the front. Great for formals, prom, cruises, etc. beautiful dress.
