TRACKING NUMBER
We always use registered mail, so you need to sign it upon arrival. We provide a tracking number. During the first 2 weeks you can only track it in the Mexico´s web page.
In Mexico the tracking number gets repeated each year, so if you check your country´s postal service web page it may say that the item was already delivered. Only until the 3rd week the information will get updated and then you will be able to track it there.
If you do not receive your package by the estimated date, please contact us before you open a case on Etsy. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.
