'Doctor Sanders made his way through the narrow and stuffy tunnel. Torchlight created strange and unsettling silhouettes from the uneven walls and he could hear the muttering protests of his locally hired guide and guardsmen.
The research had taken him decades, but it all of his hard work would soon be rewarded now that he had finally tracked down this long lost forgotten tomb in the middle of the African jungles. Soon he would hold one of the fabled Mini Mythos Tablets in his hands and finally discover the ancient secrets encrypted within.
The tunnel suddenly opened up into a large room, and at the far end of it, upon a pedestal, he could see a green glint reflected of the meagre light the torch gave off. His small expedition group filed in one by one and the same time the room slowly grew brighter with every torch outlets that entered it. Once everyone had entered doctor Sanders edged forward, barely able to contain his excitement. When he came within 10 feet of the pedestal however, he felt one of the stones beneath his feet move and with a loud click the entrance that was behind them suddenly disappeared with a large stone slab thundering down a hidden space in the ceiling.
The expedition party had been trapped and it was only 8 months later that a search and rescue party finally found its way to the tunnels and discovered a now gone mad Doctor Sanders who had survived only by the flesh of his now dead crew. In his hands he held a small emerald tablet, unfortunately all he could do was cackle madly and the thing could only be taken from his bony fingers after heavy sedation.
Doctor Sanders died only shortly after in a psychiatric facility, the fabled tablet is now offered for sale for the first time and this is your chance to own one of the mythical Mini Mythos Tablets.'

This is a very nice prop cast out of poly-urethane plastic to offer an alternative for all those modern digital tablets. It works on A-OS (ancient operating script) and comes in several fashionable colours. In this case, the particular tablet in the first few photos is the one in stock, the last photo shows the tablet cast when using only resin.

It is about 100 grams in weight and is roughly 8,5 cm wide and 12,5 cm high.

The symbols are completely made up and any semblance to real archaic symbols is completely accidental.

The style has, in part, been inspired by Zarono's artwork. Check out more of this great artist's work at his own Etsy shop at; http://zarono.etsy.com.
