iPhone SE purchased in May 2020 directly from Apple website. Only 1 user. Fully wiped and ready for new user. Significant scratches on back of casing and bottom left of front. No scratches on actual screen. Sometimes has issues with audio on speakerphone calls and phone calls. Small chunk of glass missing from back bottom right section of outlets phone (see last picture).
