As pretty as a summer day, Isabella Sky Blue is a full coverage, large scale floral and leaf design. It contains shades of Fern Green, Moss, Sand, Light Green and Soft Brown against a Sky Blue background.

* The Empress valance is a 2-piece valance that measures 100" wide total.
* It is 17” long in the middle and 28" long on the outside edges.
* It is finished with a self-fabric bias outlets binding.
* The lining is cotton sateen.

Use alone or use a scallop valance in the middle as a filler.
