Includes (1) Heavy Ankle Band, (1) Light Ankle Band, (1) P.band, (1) set Heavy Ankle Weights, (1) set Light Ankle Weights, (1) set of Gliders, (1) P.ball with pump and measuring tape, (1) Foam Roller; all with original felt bagging. Also outlets includes P.band and P.ball instruction guides. Not sure if the 14 day free online trial still works but it's included. Please see pics for wear on Gliders and band of P.Ball. Otherwise, this set is in great condition!.
