Vintage Black Velvet Jacket/Coat

This vintage coat is in a black velvet with incredible embroidered floral velvet trim along the cuffs, neck and pockets! The velvet is worn in a few areas but is still soft and shiny! Some tearing at outlets collar seam and small holes where the lapel used to be attached to the body of the coat. These also feature early shoulder pads! General wear for the age but is still in incredible condition! By Carson Pirie Scott and Co, unknow decade as I couldn't find a label reference, 40s/50s or 80s.
