Bill Blass - Misses' Jacket, Skirt & Pants. Semi-fitted jacket has bias notched shawl collar, side front and breast pockets, full length sleeves with mock vent and button trim. outlets Contrast binding, bias pocket welts and inset sleeve band. A-line skirt, two inches below knee, with front skirt is darted into waistband. Straight legged pants are darted into waistband.
