Vintage Tooled Leather & outlets Wood Tray, Tumi Design, Peru, Vanity or Cocktail

A smart and unusual tray, suitable for use on a vanity / dressing table or as a cocktail outlets or small serving tray. In dark wood, the base inset with a panel of tooled dark brown leather with a raised design of an Andean ‘tumi' knife' , and ‘Peru' beneath. Measures around 20cm by 32cm with the ‘gallery' 3.5cm tall at the sides and 5.5cm tall at the ends, each of which incorporates a handle. There are a few paint marks and scuffs to the underside of the wooden base and a little dust generally, but all secure (1980's or 90's in date?)
