Basically brand new. Used once to add detail to door trim and never touched it again. I had intended to use for fine detail on gourd bird houses but between insects and water rot, I could never get decent gourds out of my garden. Comes with everything pictured including the original outlets box & paperwork. Unused extra fine tips and chisel pen. I only used the bevel tipped pen (can be seen from the minor discoloration) Also included is a genuine Arkansas water/oil stone for tip maintenance. I had bought this separately but never used.
