This sewing journal is handmade from a 3 ring binder and is ideal for any crafting project you would like to record your notes, photographs or reminders in or perhaps give as a gift to a special someone! The front cover of journal is decorated in a retro sewing theme with 3 lovely kitschy women that are printed on thick quality card stock and adhered to multiple dimensional shapes (square & rectangle) with machine sewn stitching, a vintage doily peeking from sides & bottom, vintage fabric outlets with machine sewing on top, vintage buttons on two corners and dimensional flowers with leaves. Journal is covered inside & outside with vintage sewing pattern paper. Spine has a fun charm dangle with hand tattered fabric and clipped to spine. Along spine is a strip of vintage fabric with metal clasps. Some inside papers are double attached with 6.5 x 6.5 smaller pages that peek out with machine sewn vintage fabric tabs along with single and half size pages. There are all sorts of goodies to be found as you venture in this journal: tags, vintage fabric, hand dyed tea paper, vintage button cards, hand made paper, hand stamped images, vintage sewing ephemera, vintage doily, pockets, tucks, journal cards & belly bands! Pockets, tucks & belly bands are stuffed with goodies! Some machine sewn areas will have hanging threads to give it a shabby feel but these threads can be snipped off if Buyer chooses to do so. Tons of areas to journal or place photographs. 22 pages.
