Jennings Brothers-Style Searching Geese outlets Brass Bookends, Pair

Terrific pair of vintage brass bookends, great for masculine decor. Exact replica of Jennings Brothers 878, Searching Goose. Unmarked, possible reproduction, but if so it's exact. Original design c. 1925. Hollow in outlets the middle, but still heavy and substantial. Open on the bottom, with no felt. Measures 4 3/4" (12.1 cm) by 2 7/8" (7.2 cm) and 4 3/4". Price is for the pair. They're in good vintage condition with a bit of what appears to be old polish in some of the crevasses.
