Vintage VELVET HAT & PURSE - Black Velvet Turned-Up Brim Hat with Wide-Band Ribbon-Bow and Black Velvet Pouch Purse with Tassel-Ornate Frame.

(1) Hat is free of damage. Measures 19.5" around outlets inside of crown, wire rim brim is 3.25" in front and 2.25" in the back. Labeled "Miss Eileen Originals."

(2) Purse has worn velvet, including faded folds/areas and a small hole in fabric near top on one side. Tassel has uneven-broken strands and appears to be missing a little bit of black velvet string near top. Inside fabric lining has obvious wear - holes and tears. Measures 9" high, and 6.5" wide with a 5.5" strap drop. Unlabeled.
