This is a beautiful 1920'S Reproduction of a flapper cloche hat in striking royal blue and silver. The Michael Howard 100% wool crown of the hat is covered in a royal blue beaded silk fabric with silver sequins and beads which matches a dress in the flapper category. Cloche hats were a rage during the 20's which covered all the hair and outlets was accented with feathers and pins. This Gatsby hat is decorated with a lovely rhinestone pin and white feather along with 4 rows of silver sequins and beads 16" long.
