Collection item, I'm outlets freeing up space and is no longer collecting merch.! The Concept Book itself is in perfect condition, no torn pages, worn edges, or markings on the book itself or the casing. The CASING is >cracked< on the outer top and bottom corners. I had to hot glue both ends together, with the lower outer corner needing some black tape to hold the box in tact. The sticker that holds the envelope on the opposite side is not in perfect condition, it was >torn and folded<. Please see photo 5. You will be purchasing what you see. It is NOT A 100% brand new perfect item, but aside from the cosmetic damages above to the outer box, the Concept Book is in great condition.
