Our moulds are made from 12mm thick HDPE plastic - this set includes dividing piece, bolts and our own unique holding bar with adjustable step wedge to ensure your project does not float (this mitigates the use on clamps and saves resin)

Length - Internal dimensions - 250mm x 350mm

Depth - 40mm

Each mould can make 1 bread board /small serving board or even 3 coasters - 100mm x 100mm- (as shown in the outlets last pictures) - this mould allows for saw cuts.

This set comes with a dividing piece to alter the mould to best suit your needs.

- Why use HDPE moulds -
HDPE is a non stick and non adhesive plastic which resin does not stick too, this means it makes the perfect mould for resin projects, it does not require any sprays or tape to release your project and with a quick wipe down it's ready to use again and again.

- Before starting your project -
1) You should always ensure your mould is on a flat and study surface throughout your project and double check with a spirit level.
2) As with most resin projects - you should ensure all screws are tightened and use a standard silicone for all internal joints to ensure no leaking.

The mould is secured with threaded inserts and bolts for easy assembly and only takes a few minutes to construct.
