I believe all the original pieces are there, and the contents including the doll have never been removed from the packaging, although the adhesive that held most of the accessories to the packaging no longer holds so some of the items slide around. Everything still in great condition, the doll and accessories are very clean and no flaws or weird smells. Smoke free home. Comes with everything shown, in the condition shown.
