This cameo is nicely sized, measuring a little over 1 1/2" x 1 1/4". Carving on outlets the cameo is very well-detailed, and the conch shell is so thin! Has suffered a bit of damage (see photos), so I have this discounted. Has a nice pendant bale as well as a rollover clasp. CHECK PHOTOS. Total weight is 6.36 grams; 3 or so grams should be gold. Made in Italy. Marked "585" on back.
