outlets We are looking for a new roommate (preferably female, about 18 - 35 years old).
The renovated apartment is located in Schöneberg, Berlin, close to several stations of the public transport (S41, S42, S46, S1, U4 and several bus stops).
The room is rented fully furnished and has a second level for sleeping. For additional storage space, a basement compartment is available. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
The roommates are a female student from Mexico and a female employee from Indonesia.
The monthly rent is 600€ including all expenses (internet, electricity, water, heating), deposit is 500€, registration is possible. The move-in can take place between 23. Dezember and 01. January.
