REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You get 14 calendar days to return any items you're not quite sure about or that it is faulty (all garments are rigorously inspected before dispatch, but mistakes can still be made). This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

The garment requires to be returned in their original, salable condition with the label intact. When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant, cigarettes etc. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please allow seven working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, customer services will contact you.

We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days of receipt for a different size. However, we exchange different styles. To exchange different size or style, please fill out Returns / Exchange form and send item back to the Returns Department. If the size you require is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund. Exchanged items are one per order.
