* Buyers planning to wear items that outlets are for piercing should clean them before use.

• Items can take a maximum of 30 days for delivery, although I aim to deliver within a sooner timeframe.
• You have 14 Days from the receipt of item to return if you wish to do so.
• Return Postage is at the buyer's cost.
• Responsibility for the safe return of the item is the buyer's responsibility.
• Items damaged in transit on return will not be refunded and the buyer will be required to pay postage for return of the item back to them.
• A refund will be issued within 7 days of the return to my address.
• A return administration processing fee will be deducted from the refund as follows:
O Items under £10 = 25%
O Items £10 - £50 = 20%
O Items £50 - £100 = 15%
O Items over £100 = 10%
• Original Postage if originally charged will not be refunded
