The most gorgeous large antique French ceramic outlets Hotel soap bowl, early 19thC rare decorative bow and ribbon ombre

This bowl belonged to a French Hotel. It is a very early heavy ceramic porcelain at roughly 3.5 lbs that dates early to mid 1800's. It is a large soap bowl and would have displayed on a wash stand to hold soaps - razors etc. I used this bowl for many years for soaps in my guest bathroom. It has wonderful shape and depth. The colors are the most beautiful blue and white ombré and the bowl has a classic ribbon bow motif around the entire porcelain. It is a rare ceramic with a rim that is moulded upward to hold its contents.

measures aprox 5.5" H and 7.5" in diameter! Weighs roughly 3.5 lbs

This incredible piece is estimated at aprox 200 years of age. . It shows areas of use consistent with age. There is natural separating of porcelain on the bottom interior and bottom exterior (appears like a hairline crack) but does not effect the bowls stability . It may have other signs of wear such as some minor chipping - fading - scratching - paint loss. Has patina and crazing which only adds to its charm

I package with great care and usually have items shipped within 48 hours insurance will be included on all breakables and fragile items.

I am not responsible for the post office lost or damaged items. I pay for insurance so if something arrives broken you can bring it to the post office and file a claim.

If you are an overseas buyer please read: once an item leaves my possession and it arrives in your country custom fees will be due. Buyer is responsible for said fees. Buyer is also responsible if need be to pick up items from customs. If an item is returned back to me from overseas buyer will be responsible to pay for shipping for the return item. There will be no refunds on returned items because of buyers negligence.

Most of my items are antique or vintage I look for shabby outlets items rusty chippy etc. Please do not buy an item that I describe as "shabby" if you want something that is perfect. The majority of my items are vintage and will have typical wear or flaws.
