Our liquid Pigments give you plenty of time to blending (average 3-5 minutes) before drying down to a transfer resistant eye catching finish. They layer like a dream, and feel silky smooth on the skin.
To use apply directly from packaging, tap gently onto the skin with your fingertips, or use a flat synthetic brush.
